沁州黄小米生长区域平均海拔1100米以上，属于暖温带大陆季风气候，冬季较长，春、夏、秋三季相差不多，平均日照时数2475—2887小时，平均气温22.6℃，绝对温差18.9℃。位于山坡中上部的红黄色褐土最适宜沁州黄谷子生长。沁州黄具有耐瘠薄，抗干旱的特性，适宜在海拔较高、气候微寒、温差较大的山岭地生长，故名“爬山糙”。沁县一带丘陵起伏，春夏雨水充沛，秋季温差大，干爽多风，经过万余年的自然选育，“沁州黄”在这里安家落户。 [4] (责任编辑：) |
