I've seen here on LinkedIn a few recommended reading lists, so I thought I would add something I read (listened to) recently.  Recently, I picked up two short books by Patrick Galvin, a fellow T-Bird. These parables not only offered fresh views on trust and relationship-building but I learned a bit about Rotary at the same time. I've never been involved in, or even well-informed about Rotary International, yet I do know a few Rotarians.  Since reading these, I started looking at my own work and service roles through the lens of The Four-Way Test and have found it quite impactful. The books are compact, quick reads, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in Rotary or looking to broaden their perspective on leadership and relationships. #TheTrustedWay
