How to open a new account
1 Press 'Create Account'
2 Check and confirm the eligibility, then read and accept related Terms & Conditions
3 Provide Hong Kong mobile number for receiving verification code
4 Choose the HKID card type, i.e New Smart Identity Card (2018 version) or Smart Identity Card (2003 version)
5 Take the 1st HKID card photo in the frame after reading the animated instructions
6 Move the spotlight to the grey area and take the 2nd HKID photo
7 Check the auto-filled personal information
8 Frame the face for identity verfication after reading the animated instructions
9 Input the residential address and bank account number, then set up login and password
10 Preview and check application information
11 Sign and confirm
12 Application has been submitted. Application result will be notified via SMS and email, and you can check the application status in the app.
How to reset my account If you forgot betting account number and passwords, you can reset account. If you only forgot the online password, you can click here to reset.

2 Press ”Reset My Account”

15 Application has been submitted. Application result will be notified via SMS and email, and you can check the application status in the app.
How to update bank info
1 Press “Manage My Account” to check if you have an existing account with HKJC
2 Press ”Update Bank Info”
3 Check and confirm the eligibility, then read and accept related Terms & Conditions
4 Provide Hong Kong mobile number for receiving verification code
5 Choose the HKID card type, i.e New Smart Identity Card (2018 version) or Smart Identity Card (2003 version)
6 Take the 1st HKID card photo in the frame after reading the animated instructions
7 Move the spotlight to the grey area and take the 2nd HKID photo
8 Check the auto-filled personal information
9 Frame the face for identity verfication after reading the animated instructions
10 Select to add or update the nominated bank account 1 or nominated bank account 2
11 Input the information of nominated bank account
12 Preview and check application information
13 Sign and confirm
14 Application has been submitted. Application result will be notified via SMS, and you can check the application status in the app.
