WHERE TO DISCUSS THIS RELEASE? KNOWN ISSUES TBA INSTALLERSThis is a Beta test version and it is not an official release. Betas have more bugs, are more likely to crash and may include unfinished features. If you use a Beta for mission critical work, you do so at your own risk! This will install in parallel to the official release version and will not overwrite any critical files if you use the default installation settings. WHAT'S NEW? BETA 3 Added SMPTE Clock options to the Toolbar's clock (Right-Click). Including more framerates. Option to opt-in or out of anonymous data collection to the Welcome Window. Show the regular Welcome Window after continuing without an account on the unlock panel. DirectWave Programs and Soundfonts can be sent to the Playlist as Instrument Tracks. Hot-swap of samples from the Sounds Tab now works with Slicer and Wave Traveller. Reorganized the default Plugin Database (requires selecting options in the installer). Avoid the Save Option on Restart if no project is loaded. Ghost notes Channel selection panel shows only channels that have notes in the current pattern. NOTE: You can use the Playlist Track headers to turn on and off Ghost Notes from various Playlist Tracks. Added scaling for Parametric EQ 2, FLEX, Frequency splitter, Vocodex and Fruity Dance! FLEX now supports packs included in an FL Cloud Pro subscription. Note: All packs are still available for perpetual purchase. Scratcher now includes DVS support. Video player SMPTE has more supported frame rates in line with the Clock options. (macOS) Changed the 'Full screen' shortcut to Ctrl+Cmd+F. Control Surface now includes a Hint property for controls Transporter now supports stereo and more transient detection options for Lookahead / TransientSource / MonoStereoArch, an improved adaptive mode and visual feedback for transient detection. ZGE Visualizer now supports 'Spout' video feeds. BETA 2 FL Studio - Ignore the Project's backup folder for command line rendering unless the /B option is used. - The Piano roll can now show Ghost Notes from other Patterns, if the Pattern clips overlap in the Playlist. To support this workflow there's a new Ghost Note 'Channels' selector on the upper-right side of the Piano roll window that you can use to decide what Channels show. Out-of-Pattern Ghost notes are open blocks. Browser: Sounds Tab - Supports sample hot-swapping (Shift+Arrows). Sounds Tab - Pre-load the Sounds Tab's when FL Studio starts. Plugins - Added scaling for BeepMap, Edison, FPC, Love Philter, Slicer and Slicex. BETA 1 FL Cloud FL Cloud Sounds - Added support for 'Placeholder' samples with drag and drop to : Audio Clips, DirectWave, Edison, FPC, Granulizer, NewTime, Sampler Channels, Scratcher, Wave Traveller, Convolver, Slicer, Slicex. FL Studio Playlist & Piano roll: Find stacked Clips & Notes - Option to '' (in the Playlist) and '' (in the Piano roll). Stacked means 100% overlap, and is in addition to 'Overlapping' Notes and Clips. Picker Panel Pattern colors - There's a (Right-Click) Pattern option > 'Color' for selected Patterns to change colors without the name-change dialog. Also open the full color selection window when using 'Change color' for a selection of Audio or Automation clips. Chord progression tool - Changing the inversion number ignores the Root in all cases. Automated Track Names - Use the Playlist Track's name for an Audio Track if the destination Mixer Track doesn't have a name. - 'Safe mode' option for some CPUs that may have problems using the tool (crashes or obviously erroneous audio). Also now sets the name and icon of created Playlist Stem Tracks. Mixer: Monitoring - Added a low latency track mode (for live playing or recording) ''. Routing - Added a Menu and (Right-Click) option > Select > ''. Channel Rack Browse channel states - Channel menu option to open the Chanel Presets menu item.
