I'm sure you could see who did my MRI. He was so friendly and funny. Five stars for him!!!! The lady working the front desk could be more pleasant, she was cold and distance, wasn't pleasant to check in with. The ladies that greeted me in the front were very nice and warm. Sandra, the mammography technician was extraordinary. She explained each process thoroughly. She was patient with me as she worked on getting accurate positioning for my mammogram. My encounter with her was soothing for such a difficult image. She was the best mammography technician I have ever encountered in my 10 years of getting mammograms. The facility itself was well-maintained, neat, and exuded professionalism, which immediately put me at ease. One of the highlights of my visit was the front desk staff. I arrived on crutches, and the front desk attendant went above and beyond by personally bringing the necessary information to me, which I truly appreciated. I scheduled for a breast ultrasound more than a month ago on a certain date, but on the day right before my appointment, they sent me a text and an email and told me my appointment had been updated to another time.
