Just switched, very satisfied.

We recently switched carriers and chose Consumer Cellular for the affordable plans, US based customer service, excellent reviews, coverage/signal and local brick-and-mortar store (FL). We chose an in-person experience at the store since it had been a very long time since upgrading our last phones. The changeover was delightfully smooth. The techs were super helpful, patient and knowledgeable; and great company while the phones were being copied and activated! They also helped me square away a glitch with our old carrier, which was impeding porting our phone numbers. While I have not used the phone-in customer service, if it is anything like the experience in the store, I anticipate great service. The website is easy to navigate as well. So for anyone looking for a simplified, no-nonsense mobile phone company, I confidently recommend Consumer Cellular.
