甘肃省药品监督管理局关于撤销、注销薛平、王明霞2人《执业药师注册证》的通告 （2025年 第6号） 经查，薛平、王明霞2人存在《执业药师注册证》挂靠行为，根据《执业药师注册管理办法》有关规定，省药品监督管理局依法对薛平、王明霞2人的《执业药师注册证》予以撤销、注销，三年内不予注册，并将“挂证”人员的不良信息录入全国执业药师注册管理信息系统。 特此通告。
